Peer Support

Building genuine professional relationships, shared experience and mutual support among Jewish mental health professionals.

MJMHP creates opportunities for Jewish mental health professionals to develop genuine professional relationships, share experiences and support one another.

A key initiative is the facilitated peer supervision program: small, closed groups led by experienced facilitators, providing confidential spaces for clinical reflection, professional discussion, multidisciplinary learning and connection.

Peer support within MJMHP is grounded in the understanding that strong professional relationships and shared experience improve both clinician wellbeing and practice quality, ultimately benefiting the community members they serve.
